Hi, I’m Kelly!


for over 25 years I've guided people toward strength, balance, and resilience through mindful movement. My journey began with classical pilates, expanded into Barre and general fitness and deepened with yoga. along the way I acquired certifications in each of these disciplines as well as creating a Barre teacher training program.
