for over 25 years I've guided people toward strength, balance, and resilience through mindful movement. My journey began with classical pilates, expanded into Barre and general fitness and deepened with yoga. along the way I acquired certifications in each of these disciplines as well as creating a Barre teacher training program.

I believe movement is medicine --For the body, the mind, and the spirit. each time we choose to move , we shift not only our muscles and bones, but also our energy, our focus, and our mood.

for over 25 years , I've seen how pilates, barre, yoga, and strength training help people stand taller, breathe deeper, and feel more at home in their bodies. when practiced consistently these methods create a foundation of strength and resilience that extends far beyond the studio.

my philosophy is simple mood follows action. start where you are , take the first step, and let movement open the door to feeling better in every part of your life.
